Quincy is a male Polish rabbit born in January 2015. Polish rabbits fall into the dwarf category. He was recently neutered. He is not yet potty trained, but we hope that his neuter will help. He gets along with dogs that are not prey driven. Quincy is not to be left unattended with any other animals for his safety and theirs. Quincy tolerates being held. He does like attention and room to play. Quincy is an indoor animal that requires space. Quincy is not to be housed outside, in a hutch, nor exclusively in a "rabbit cage." He does enjoy supervised play time outdoors in his playpen.
Quincy requires hay pellets and Timothy hay daily. He also needs chew treats, play toys, and tunnels. Quincy can have some fresh foods daily (parsley, celery) and other foods on occasion (carrots, broccoli, bananas, pears, cilantro).
Please be aware that we are not a "first come, first served" rescue. We will choose the best fitting home for Quincy. We will provide proof of neuter, proof of veterinarian examination, any/all other vet records under our care, and an information/care guide.
