Aries's Story...
My name is Aries. I was pulled from the shelter by the St. Francis Family with 7 other kitties. Thank goodness because it was scary in there and I heard scary things were going on. 4 of us were given to my current foster mom and I couldn't be happier. I really enjoy running around and playing with my foster brothers and sisters. we all have a lot of energy. we love toys. My foster mom has young children so she has all kinds of cool thing that we love like tents, tunnels, slides, you name it. It is like one giant kitty playground! My foster mom really loves to watch us play. I am still a little skittish because of what I have been through. I do let my foster mommy hold me for short periods, will tolerate being pet, and I do like to snuggle at night in bed or on the couch. My foster mom is sure that I will end up being the sweetest kitty given some time and loving patient parents. I will make the perfect companion to a lonely kitty and I know with a little patience I will love you to pieces too!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aries, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
