If you're looking for an active playmate, Jupe is the sweet dog for you. Jupe is very fast, sleek, and truly active, and he needs space to run...because he LOVES to run! Jupe was brought to the shelter as a stray, so he will remain with us until he is reclaimed by his owner or until the stray hold has expired, but if/when he goes to a new forever home, he will need a person who will see that he has the space and plenty of opportunities for lots of physical exercise. Jupe is a good, sweet boy, and seems to be a happy dog. Oh, and did I mention he loves his treats!!!! Our Adoption Process...

The fee for adopting a dog is $110.00, no matter the age or gender of the pet. This fee covers the cost of the animal to be spayed/neutered & vaccines: DA2PP, Bordatella, and Rabies. The adoption fee also covers a fecal exam for worms and a heart worm test!

The fee for cats is $110.00 covers spay/neuter, and age appropriate vaccines.

It is very important that you understand that you CANNOT take pets from the shelter and breed them. Most of the animals came in as strays, therefore, we do not have any background or genetic information on them. Breeding these pets would not be in their best interest nor yours. Also, a Law was just passed in Alabama which requires that EVERY animal, adopted from a shelter, MUST be spayed or neutered!!
