Jagger's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jagger's Story...

Jagger was much loved in his first home by an older couple. In Jagger's first family were three other dogs and a cat, so Jagger is a mellow dog, but Jagger's happy home was broken up when his owners had to go into assisted living.
Jagger is a 7 year old Springer Spaniel who loves people, long walks and food. He is being vetted for a persistent ear infection, but even through that he is a happy and loving dog. Jagger has a sweet habit of looking adoringly into a person's face, and he is good with children 8 and up and is very nicely house trained. He will make a wonderful companion for most any person or family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jagger, a Palmyra Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Springer Spaniel for sale in Palmyra, or seeking a Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Palmyra.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palmyra already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palmyra breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palmyra paves the way for another one to be saved.
