Miss Ritz, along with her siblings, was rescued from a hoarding situation in Westchester. These girls were unable to stand straight in the small, overcrowded hutch they shared with other bunnies. Once safe in the caring arms of Empty Cages volunteers, the girls learned trust and decided they do, indeed, like to be petted, brushed, and showered with affection.
Miss Ritz being the momma, is independent, wise and full of opinions. She will thump it up when someone is misbehaving, or when there isn't just the right combo of her favorite greens. We don't think she ever had greens before in her life. This lovely lady gets so excited for her daily fresh portions, that it is hard to keep a straight face watching her wait in anticipation, and then dive in gluttonous bliss!
Miss Ritz is already spayed, in great health, and would love a home she can rule all by herself.
