Sweet and tiny Cordelia has had a rough start. She’s very shy and needs some real TLC as she had been living on the streets all of her short life. She’s afraid of people at first but warms up after a little time. She does not growl or try to bite, she is just scared. She has the most adorable little teddy bear face but we expect her to grow to be very large. Her loving foster is getting her acclimated to the love of humans and she just needs a forever family to give her the life she deserves.
