Hi there. I’m Daisy and I am a very sweet and loving girl whose person had to go into a nursing home and I could not go there. I am good around other dogs and even cats but not sure how I’d be with kids, as I have not shared a home with one. I hope that I can find a loving home where I can give and get love and keep someone company like I used to do.

If know I am a bit on the large side, but I am a very good girl. If you have room in your heart and home for me, complete an application at www.momsrescueva.org to see if we could be a match.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Richmond Schnauzer (Standard)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Standard)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Schnauzer (Standard)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Standard)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Schnauzer (Standard)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
