Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If there was ever a dog that entice a treat out of you with just one head tilt, we’re pretty sure it’s Nutmeg. This little stubby-tailed ball of fluff runs like a bear cub, fuzzy as a bear cub, is as cute as a bear cub and her foster mom jokes is part bear cub. He has a stumpy little tail so when he runs, you can help but smile as he looks like something out of the wilderness. He will be ready to climb in your lap first and paw at your face for attention. Nutmeg thinks he deserve more attention than anyone in his litter and with that face, you may not be able to resist his tempting head tilt. Check out Nutmeg & Paprika playing in this video clip; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDeJRTjXle0
Nutmeg is one of the 'Spice Litter Pups' and was rescued as part of our "Clear the Shelter Campaign" when Dolly's Legacy rescued every animal from a rural Oklahoma shelter, all whom were slated to be killed. He was born approximately 8-8-16. There are 11 pups in this litter and appear to have multiple fathers as there is quite a difference among the pups in appearance; we do not know their breeds as we do not know who the dad(s) are or who mom is. They are likely a mix of many different breeds. We do not know how big they will grow to be. We do our best to determine the breed(s) they most closely resemble for posting purposes. The Spice Pups were flown to our rescue from Oklahoma by rescue pilots through Pilots N Paws and are ready to start the next chapter in their lives with families of their own.
