Meet Nellie! This little lady truly loves her people. She's sweet, affectionate, and gentle. At 6 years young, she is in excellent shape and still loves long walks, hikes, car rides, and exploring. She has a wonderful temperament in the home, good manners, is house-trained and a pro at using a doggy door. She is indifferent when it comes to dogs. She is OK if they are there and OK if they are not, a very good thing. Her true passion is being side by side with her person. She has beautiful coloring and a soft coat. She gently leans in and asks for affection and she very well may consider herself a lap dog. She grew up thinking she is human so she'd like a spot on the couch please! Right next to you. She has been in one home for most of her life so she will need a transition into her new home. Getting adjusted to a brand new family after being with one for so long might be a little stressful. Once she associates you with walks, love, and attention... she's all in and will love you with all her heart, pinky promise. Children OK but no kitties please. Age 6 years. 55 lbs.
