Say 'forevermore' to beautiful Raven!

Meet Raven, a STUNNING, sweet girl with the most striking eyes and a gorgeous fluffy tail. She's a highly intelligent girl who is very in tune with those around her, including her fellow foster pets. She was key in helping another kitten in her foster home thrive and survive a fragile kittenhood. (He's now healthy and adopted!). She enjoys playing here and there, but mostly prefers napping in the sunshine. She's a very special girl and, as her former foster brother's guardian angel, we believe she's a lucky charm. Raven lives with other cats, as well as a Pit Bull (our own adoptable guy, Dozer!) and an Australian Shepherd. She is well socialized, litter box trained, and generally enjoys a busy family household. Raven is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Forget what Edgar Allan Poe said about ravens...just say "forevermore" instead and bring this girl home!

About St. Francis Animal Protection Society

About Our Rescue Group...

A Northern California nonprofit founded in 1971, St. Francis Animal Protection Society (SFAPS) is there for at-risk animals -- from shelter pets and strays to cat colonies and animals who need a new place to call home. We advocate, educate, and rescue.

As a community-run organization, our work is funded entirely through charitable donations. We focus on dogs and cats at highest risk, regardless of age, breed, or medical condition. And we do what it takes at all costs -- whether that means medical testing, treatment, and training or compassion, care, and companionship. Because we believe every animal deserves to live a happy, healthy life.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We don't have a physical facility -- all our adoptable animals are living the good life in foster homes with people to pamper them until they make a love connection.

Our Adoption Process...

Are you interested in making a St. Francis animal a part of the family?

Great! Submit an inquiry and we'll touch base within 24 hours to discuss your interest. If it's a good match, we'll set up a meet and greet and have you fill out an adoption application. Then, if it's love at first sight, we'll finalize the adoption with a signed agreement and adoption fee.

We may require a home check as part of the adoption process.

ADOPTION FEES

All our adoption fees are tax deductible, and include the cost of spay/neuter, microchipping, and vaccinations:

Kittens under 6 months old - $150 (2 kittens for $250)
