Allie is a very special little girl, not just because she's a female orange tabby, which is pretty unusual, but also because she came to us very, very sick with a horrible infection in both of her eyes, which resulted in her having to have both eyes removed surgically.
She has fully recovered, and is learning to get around very well without her sight, but she is definitely going to need a home with someone who has experience with blind kitties, someone who can help her become the best and bravest cat she can be!
Come meet our cats and kittens at an adoption event near you!

Your message has been sent to Lone Star Kitties.
You'll receive a copy, too, at to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
