Fred/Freddie and Hermoine were rescued from the bushes behind a local restaurant. They were living there for many months, and a friend and I would feed the colony at night at various times. After some time we realized how friendly the cats were and began to try to socialize them. Two of the cats, George and Ruby were fostered and adopted, and now its Fred and Hermoine's turn. Fred loves to rub around my feet and loves to be pet and sometimes held. Hermoine loves attention too, and rolls all around to be petted and for belly rubs. Hermoine is still nervous about being held. Due to being rescued as young adults, (they are going on two years old now) it may take a bit of an adjustment period to acclimate to a new home, but I am confident they will take it well and can thrive in a home of their own. We are hoping to place them as a pair.
Please visit our sweet kitties at the Fruitville Pike Petsmart in Lancaster, PA on Saturdays from 1:30-3:30pm.
If you are interested in a specific cat or kitten, please email first to see if it will be shown that day.
