When a pup is so soft and has ultra-soft, white fur on her belly, she can only be called Cotton Elle! Cotton Elle is super sweet and friendly to everyone she meets while out on walks. Naturally, she is great on leash! Cotton Elle is going to be a medium sized dog and perfectly sized as neither too big nor too small, but just right!

* She hasn’t met kids but is likely to love them, and she may get along with cats after meeting them!
