Chance's Story...
Chance is such a sweet dog. His family became homeless and had to surrender him. Chance is 3-4 years old, weighs 35-40 pounds and loves everyone he meets. Chance was a yard dog and is now in foster care learning how to be an inside dog. He is house trained and crate trained. He does fine with other dogs too. He is currently going through Heartworm treatment but is ready to find his forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chance, a Charlotte Shiba Inu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shiba Inu for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Shiba Inu dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shiba Inu breeders who help with Shiba Inu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
