Malone's Story...
Meet Malone! This handsome hunk has a huge grin and the sweetest personality! Malone was found as a stray in a nearby neighborhood. Now, this cutie is searching for his perfect home. Weighing 50 pounds, Malone is neither too big nor too small. He's just the right size to make a fantastic jogging partner and a couch buddy!

Malone is one year old and would prefer a home with no other dogs. He is very cat-friendly though! As with any young dog, he could use some basic obedience training to help with his leash skills. However, Malone is a smart man and catches on quickly. His ideal home would be ready to begin training and provide him with the exercise he needs.

Malone has been neutered, fully vaccinated and tested heartworm negative. He has been microchipped too! Malone's adoption fee is $80. Stop by and meet him today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Malone, a Germantown Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Germantown, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Germantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Germantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Germantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Germantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
