Autumn's Story...
Autumn is everyone's favorite time of year. The season of cooler weather, yummy food, and family time. What would make this season even better, would be a dog like me to spend it with! My name is Autumn, and I'm ready to land my forever home. The summer months were very hard for me as my sister an I were found as strays, emaciated and covered in fleas. The shelter staff can't believe the transformation from then and now, which I am so grateful for! I play well with other dogs, and I love to meet new people! It takes me a bit to warm up, I'll adore you with army crawls and then I'll roll over for some belly rubs! If you're like me and love this fall season, come scoop me up before it's all over so we can enjoy it together!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Autumn, a Fredericksburg Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Fredericksburg, or seeking a Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Fredericksburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fredericksburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fredericksburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fredericksburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
