Our rescue will be at the Palo Alto Pet Food Express Saturday, December 10th from 1-4pm and Sunday, December 11th from 12-3pm. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated and microchipped.

* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. * We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted. * We do not ship our dogs for any reason. * Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy. * If it is on a weekend of our adoptions, follow us on @DPSRescue on Twitter to get real time updates on our adoptions. We will also post at the end of the evening the names of those dogs who have been adopted: www.facebook.com/DPSRescue

This kitten will be at Palo Alto Pet Food Express on Saturday, December 10th from 1-4pm and Sunday, December 11th from 12-3pm or until adopted. However, we do meet with those who submit an application and are approved just prior to the event (by invitation only) and they are given the first opportunity to adopt. If you are interested in one of our cats or dogs, we recommend filling out an application prior to the event to be considered. Applications submitted within 24 hours of the event may not necessarily be reviewed.

Would you like to add a little sweetness to your life this holiday season? Then why not adopt Truffle, she is as sweet as they come! She is 12 weeks old and full of love and playfulness. She has been patiently waiting for her forever home to find her. All of her siblings have been adopted, and she is wondering when it will be her turn. We keep telling her the best is always saved for last! She has the most gentle and cute way about her. Very affectionate and loves to be held. And boy can she purr up a storm!

Now that all her siblings have been placed, Truffle has fallen in love with 'Clyde' another older kitten in our rescue, who she is currently being fostered with. He has stepped in to be her big brother. Her foster Mom reports she will often find them cuddled up together in one of the many cozy cat beds in the house. Maybe you'd like to adopt an amazing pair? Check out Clyde's bio too.

Truffle is an option to live in a home with dogs too. She recently spent a week in a foster home with dogs and she was cool as a cucumber. She was excited to find some new playmates.

Truffle has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption donation is $150. She is an all around great little kitten and she'd love to spend the holidays and the rest of her life with you!Fill out an application for her today.

**Not all of our dogs go to each adoption event. We want to make sure if you are interested in a dog that we have the dog at adoptions but that can only happen if you fill out an application ahead of time and are pre-approved. (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend)

**If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
