Harrison's Story...
When 11 year old Harrison arrived in the fall he had discoloration in his eyes. After seeing a specialist it was determined to have one eye removed while providing treatment to the other in hopes of saving it. He did wonderful after the procedure.

However, over the past few months his remaining eye discoloration and eyesight worsened. After another consultation with his specialist they recommended removal of his second eye.

He has now had his second eye removed. And while his eyesight was almost already entirely gone, it's taking some time for him to adjust to absolutely no eyesight. Harrison is looking for a home where his new parents will provide the love guidance as he adjusts to his surroundings.

In addition, he has been neutered, had a full dental cleaning with extractions, received vaccinations, and been microchipped. To learn more about Harrison visit MiniMightyMutts.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harrison, a Phoenix Miniature Poodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Poodle for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Miniature Poodle dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Poodle breeders who help with Miniature Poodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
