My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IDGSR welcomes Sandy into the safety of the rescue!!!

Sandy is a beautiful female German Shepherd mix who was surrendered by her owners when they could no longer care for her. She is being boarded with a local veterinarian where she's become a staff favorite. Sandy is good with people, kids, other dogs and cats too! She can be energetic at times but once she releases that energy she settles down. She would make a nice hiking or jogging partner. Sandy is a friendly and affectionate dog who has made a lot of human and animal friends at the veterinarian but now she is ready to have a family of her own to love.

If you would like to make Sandy a part of your family, please copy the link and fill out an application.
