Please let me introduce you to 2 wonderful, fun-loving dogs, Dakota and Isabelle. They are both females, about 8-9 years old, spayed and in very good health. Due to some personal, unexpected occurrences in the family, I am looking for a new forever home for those sweet dogs. Would really love for them to stay together, but they would do fine if adopted separately.

Dakota and Isabelle love to be outside, actually preferring to spend a lot of the time in the yard instead of inside the house. Long walks are not necessary, and even though they enjoy them, as long as there is a yard they can play and run in, they are the most happy of dogs. They love to ride in a car, and though not formally leash-trained, they do OK when tethered. They may be a little too high-energy and playful for a family with small children, so a home with adults only, or older children would be best suited.

A bit shy when first introduced to strangers, Isabelle, a Chow mix (with a common Chow-like temperament) can be a little aloof at times. However, she will seek you out for lots of loving and petting once she feels secure and comfortable. Dakota, on the other hand, a Blue Heeler/Lab mix, is energetic and high-spirited and thinks of herself as a lap dog. They are both smart, lively and affectionate. They come with igloos, outdoor heating pads, leashes, bowls, buckets, and dog food.
