DOB June 14, 2016. Oh hi there! I'm Alfie and I'm super cute! You will not be able to resist my charming personality, enchanting good looks, and mind-blowing intelligence. I may only be 4 months old but I'm a professional human charmer. I love to cuddle on your lap, play, and explore. I assure you, I will get to the bottom of each and every mystery within the four walls of your home! Most of my days I spend napping, cuddling up to my mum, or playing and wrestling with my sister.
I have been living with my mum and sister in my foster home for the last 3 months and I'm eager to find my forever home and human. So go ahead, fill out those adoption papers and take me home!
I would love to be adopted with my mum and sister whom I have a special bond with, or at least my sister (see bios: my mum Lexi and sister Gracie), but if you’re unable to, I will understand and hope that you have other kitty companions for me to play with!
So are you ready to snuggle? Adopt me today!

About Toronto Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Toronto Cat Rescue is a registered, no-kill charity run by volunteers.

Our mission is to rescue and find homes for abandoned, sick or injured cats from situations of abuse, neglect or imminent euthanasia.

Our vision is for Toronto to be a city in which no adoptable cat is killed and rescue organizations such as Toronto Cat Rescue are no longer needed.

Our registered charity number: 889-198-727-RR-0001

Our Adoption Process...

Decided on the cat or kitten you would like to adopt? Please call 416-538-8592, or email

An adoption counsellor will return your call and give you more details about the cat you are interested in and ask some questions about your home to make sure the cat will be a "purr-fect" fit. We are happy to answer any questions you may have as well.

You will be supplied with the foster home address to have a meet and greet with your kitty. If both parties are happy, you can sign the TCR Contract of Adoption, pay the adoption fee and take your cat home with you in a safe carrying case.

Adoption fee is $175 per cat. This ensures that the cats that come into our care receive the attention they need, are spayed or neutered, and receive a rabies vaccination at the appropriate age. It includes 6 weeks of free pet insurance. For City of Toronto residents, the adoption fee includes a mandatory City of Toronto cat license that is valid for one year. As you can imagine, these fees only begin to cover our costs; donations and ongoing fundraising efforts carry us the rest of the way!

1. ALL senior cats (8 years or older) have an adoption fee of the adopters choice, vs. our standard adoption fee of $175.

2. Our adoption fee for a bonded pair is $100 per cat, vs. $175 per cat.
