My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Twiggy was rescued from the Coachella Valley Shelter where she was brought in after being hit by a car (or that is was was told anyhow).

Twiggy is just a young pup, and with that face, we couldn't let her just die.  We rescued her and got her into the Southern California Vet Specialty Hospital where she had to undergo surgery to have a plate put in her front left leg to heal her break that broke both her front bones.  She has completely healed and can now run like the wind again!

Twiggy is just a sweet and loving girl.  She loves attention and she loves to play with other dogs (she IS still a puppy!).  She is housebroken and is used to sleeping beside someone all night and cuddling.  She is great in the car and she even gets along with kitties.  

Twiggy is a fun-loving girl and will complete any family.
