My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello World,

My name is Henry, and I’m a darling little bichon boy of four (about 15 pounds soaking wet) who loves everyone! I love short people and tall people, young people and older people and, mostly, I love my foster Mom.

Mom says I get along with everyone and am extremely loveable. She says she loves the way I lie quietly and contentedly next to her while she works on her computer or stops to read a book. My foster Dad says I'm loveable because of the way I snuggle into the pillows and and rearrange them to get the bed ‘ready’ for my people (and when they let me stay on the bed, all the better!) The human kids in the family think I'm loveable because of the way I jump in the car to take them to school and the big hello I give them when they arrive home. I also like to hang out and watch them do their ‘human kids kind of things) and I especially love their big kid hugs. They are so cute! (Of course they think I am, too!)

I love everyone in my foster family. I also love going for walks. I’m just about housebroken and I try really hard to be perfect. You see, another thing about me is that I am smart and want to please you!

It doesn’t seem possible but... I have lost two of my families this year. My first Mom was not able to take care of me – so with a heavy heart she gave me to Bichon FurKids. Then I got adopted by a family with two boys (I really liked that!) and another dog (I liked him a lot, too!) I thought I was in heaven. Then they had something called ‘reversals’ and could no longer care for me so I came back to Bichon FurKids.

Mom says that I do well with my six foster doggy brothers and that I would love to have at least one doggy brother or sister. In my forever home. She says to tell you I’m as handsome as I am gentle... and as mellow as I am cuddly. While I seem to have it all, there is one thing that I am missing... my very own forever family who will love me and care for me always.

If that sounds like you, please completer our adoption application as I will be waiting to meet you! Just ask for me by the name Mom calls me…. Huggable Henry.

Love,

HH
