Here's what the humans have to say about me:
4-year-old Addie came to us as a stray with a chip but when we contacted her owners, they would never call us back. So now she waits for another home in her kennel while looking out the window at the birds and enjoying the sunshine.
She is a lovely black and white domestic short haired cat with a super quiet meow and bright white whiskers. She prefers to be the only cat but coexists peacefully if she has to. Addie is not demanding but still loves attention.
She is litterbox trained, chipped, current on vaccines, and spayed. Give Addie another reason to be thankful this holiday season – come adopt her!
As a member of the Lonely Hearts Club her adoption fee is $25. A $5 license fee may also apply for Georgetown residents.
Addie is currently available for adoption at Petsmart Wolf Ranch.
The application/screening process for potential adopters usually takes about 24 hours except when it falls over a weekend or holiday, and then it may take two or three days. We ask that potential adopters please be patient with us; we are only trying our best to ensure that the homeless pets in our care get the best possible home. All cats and dogs adopted from our shelter are spayed or neutered (as Texas law mandates).
Our adoption fee is currently $70 for non-residents and $75 for residents*.
The adoption fee includes:
spaying/neutering
vaccinations (appropriate to species and age)
heartworm or feline leukemia test (appropriate to species and age)
de-worming medication
microchip (a tiny ID tag inserted under the skin, which allows your pet to be returned to you quickly)
There is a $5 Pet License fee added to the adoption fee if the adopter lives inside the City Limits of Georgetown.
