Ginger is a 9-year-old Papillon. Two years ago, her loving, first owner died and, in her will, left Ginger to trusted friends. Unfortunately, she can no longer remain in that home due to circumstances beyond her control. Ginger has a cheerful disposition and is a devoted family dog who enjoys gentle children and gets along well with other dogs. She is snuggly and playful, and loves to be included in all family activities. Although she is small, she has a big dog attitude. In Ginger’s mind, she is a protective watchdog so she barks at strangers. For this reason she may not do well in an apartment setting. She is very energetic and loves going for long walks. Ginger has not been kennel-trained and is accustomed to roaming freely throughout the house, but she is not destructive. She is housebroken.
The suggested donation amount for Ginger is $300, which is TAX DEDUCTIBLE, and goes toward providing supportive services to animals in the home, as well as the high cost of vetting our dogs in rescue. To fill out an application, please visit the following web address: http://www.muddypawssecondchancerescue.com/#!adopt-a-pet/c7cy The adoptions for all of our dogs will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person.
