*FOR ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING BETTY LOU, PLEASE CONTACT nonnie2003@ovalinternet.net*

Betty Lou is a senior girl with the sweetest nature I’ve ever seen in all my fostering. She gets along with other dogs and my cats just love her. Betty Lou is pretty much deaf. She can hear loud claps and yelling. I would never yell to get her attention because you can see she is visibly scared. She loves to follow her person everywhere. Right now she is my shadow. I am teaching her signs so I can get her to do what I want. She is doing very well.

She loves to take leisurely walks in the woods or even in town and smell all the new smells. She does alright with a couple stairs but wouldn’t recommend a home where she has to do a lot. She is very good with meeting new people and animals. I can’t think of a bad thing to say about her except she will eat til she burst if you let the food available for her. So if you are looking for a sweet, mellow companion to love you, please consider this beautiful girl. She is current on shots, spayed and 7 years or older.

Betty Lou is being fostered in Jersey Shore, PA. For questions, please contact nonnie2003@ovalinternet.net.

About Australian Cattle Dog Rescue Association

About Our Rescue Group...

We are an all volunteer group that rescues Australian Cattle Dogs. Our dogs reside in foster homes until they are adopted
Every year, thousands of Australian Cattle Dogs find themselves homeless through no fault of their own. Although the reasons are diverse, the result is the same. Healthy, adoptable dogs face euthanasia in shelters.

The Australian Cattle Dog Rescue Association rescues ACDs in shelters from Maine to Georgia and gives these dogs a fresh start with a loving family. Our foster home volunteers welcome the dogs into their homes where they live as members of the family. During the time in foster care, our volunteers determine what kind of forever home will be the right one for each dog.
