We’d like to introduce you to Truman. He’s a 5 month old, 17 pound lab/retriever mix who has one thing on his mind: cuddling and loving his people! Truman is a low energy guy who is content to stretch out in the sun and snuggle on the couch. He’s been great with children and he could care less about the cat in his foster home. He’s not nippy and he walks well on his leash. He is crate trained and he’s working on the house training piece, but that’s not abnormal for a 5 month old puppy. Truman is learning sit and stay, and with his eager to please, affectionate, puppy like nature, we know he’ll be easy to teach! Foster mom says that he’s the kindest and sweetest boy, and he just loves to be loved. She says she leaves him in his crate when she’s gone, and he’s quiet and calm. Truman loves the other dogs in his foster home, and he plays very nicely with them. If you’re looking for a sweet and gentle companion, you just might find Truman to be a perfect match!
