Paczki-Adopted!'s Story...
I'm a very shy guy at first. But, once I warm up to you, I'll be your buddy forever. My foster mom says that I'm an easy dog. I don't bark much, and only "talk" softly when I want something. I like to be near my person, but am perfectly content lying on the floor near their chair. If you offer to let me sleep with you, though, I'll be there in a heartbeat. I'm okay with the other dogs in my foster home, but they're all a lot bigger than me and sometimes I'm afraid they'll step on me. I've never met cats, but my mom doesn't think I'd bother them. I've never really been around kids, but I'm pretty sure younger ones wouldn't be the best for me. I prefer to spend my days relaxing, with a little bit of fun to make things interesting. Birth date approx 10/1/10

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paczki-Adopted!, a Detroit Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Detroit, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Detroit paves the way for another one to be saved.
