Madison and Mallory's Story...
If you love unique tortoiseshell kittens, these are your girls! Mallory and Madison have been in a foster home with their siblings since they were young kittens and are very well socialized. Mallory, the lighter tortie, is a happy go lucky kitten who loves to play with people and other cats. She just finds joy in life and can jump up and down like a Jack Russel terrier when excited. Madison has a beautiful orange stripe across her dark chest, is a very devoted kitten who follows her foster mom from room to room. She loves to join you for TV and quiet time but is also very playful girl. They would do well with families and people of all ages.

Madison and Mallory tested negative for FeLV/FIV, have their first year kitten vaccines and are scheduled for spay in early November. They were born in July.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Madison and Mallory, a Bloomsburg Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bloomsburg, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Bloomsburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bloomsburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bloomsburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bloomsburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
