Hi, I'm Bessy, and I am a sweet, curious little girl about 3 months old. I was very scared when I first came to the shelter and am still a bit nervous. I just need a little patience and a lot of love. I don't care to be held as of yet but may get over that. I love being petted and having my neck scratched. I adore string toys but will play with anything. I also get along great with other cats, and might like gentle dogs. I hope you will please give me a chance!

Our Adoption Process...

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
