Gato is an adorable orange and white Tabby kitty.  He was initially TNR'd (Trapped, Neutered, and Returned to his original location) with his ear cut, but the people where he lived decided they didn't want him there any longer so they planned to trap and kill him. Fortunately we found out what they were planning and were able to save him.  He is very shy with strangers but warms up when you offer him some yummy kitty treats. Gato prefers to watch you from under his kitty house and will come out once he gets to know you, as long as you don't startle him. Gato gets along well with other cats but has not been around dogs.

His adoption fee is $55.00 which includes up-to-date shots, FeLV test (negative) and spay surgery that is already done.  Gato is litterbox trained.

Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website AAFlorida.org.  There is a link on the top of the home page. Click on "Fill in", you don't have to register.  For more information about this kitty or any others, you can contact us at ECAnimalAllies@gmail.com or 850-377-2132.  We are a foster organization and don't have set hours we are open - but we will gladly set up an appointment for you to meet any cat.  Of course, you're under no obligation to adopt if you come to meet any of our fabulous felines.

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

About Emerald Coast Animal Allies

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a new small group of volunteers who foster animals in our homes. We don't have a facility at this time. We try to help as many animals as we can through adoption, spay/neuter and TNR of feral cats.

We are always in need of foster homes. If you find a kitty or dog and are willing to foster it - we can help you find it a furever home. Can't foster or adopt right now, help socialize kittens. The more people the kittens are exposed to the better is for them. We can always use volunteers. Work from home, work directly with animals, or work non-directly with animals helping us raise money or distributing fliers.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE spay or neuter your pets! Escambia County pound puts down over 1,000 animals a month! Through spay/neuter we can reduce that number.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We'll be at Pet Supermarket on March 26th from 10-4. Come out and meet some of our wonderful pets available for adoption and register to win prizes and gift cards. Location: 6307 North 9th Ave, Pensacola, FL 32504

Our Adoption Process...

$50 for cats, $65 for kittens, applications and contracts required.
