Ollie is a dream cat! He is gentle, LOVES attention and gives lots of love in return. He is a great big (14 lbs.) sweet lap cat and bed buddy. He is still playful at 5-7 years old, especially with string. He is irresistible when he lies on your stomach/chest with outstretched legs on either side of your neck. He was lost or abandoned many months ago in a trailer park in Greeley where two lovely ladies fed him, but he really needs a secure and happy future in a wonderful forever home. He likes being outside, but could probably become a house only cat if necessary. We would love to keep him, but our three cats, for reasons known only in the feline mind, are vicious with him and so we have to keep him separated from them at all times. This isn’t good for any of them and Ollie would probably be happier where he is the only cat. Cats are all different! He is FIV/FLV negative with no health problems after a full blood panel. His teeth were cleaned in early November. He is chipped and, of course, neutered. He uses a scratching post instead of furniture and has no litter box problems. He is the one! His adoption fee is $65.
Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives!
If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process!
