If ever there were an example of what getting out of a shelter can do for a dog's personality, Kenzi is it! This cool Catahoula girl has completely come out of her shell now that she's out of the shelter, where she was surrendered, and in a foster home. She's nearing her first birthday, and would love for her gift to be a forever home!
Kenzi's foster mom says she loves Kenzi's dual-colored eyes - they are brown and blue! She also loves her spunky personality, which comes to life when her people come home and she gets to love on them and run around the yard. Kenzi is very affectionate, playful, and energetic! She loves playing with other pups and getting pets from her people.
Kenzi is crate trained, housetrained, and is learning some commands so she can be the best dog possible. Given her energy level and spunky personality, her forever home would ideally have a yard and her family should be pretty active. She'd love a family who takes her on walks or runs and plays with her as often as possible. But when her positive energy is this contagious, who could help but want to play with her?! Surely, you can't pass up a pup this great?
