Cooper's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cooper's Story...
We're hangin' with Mr. Cooper today! This little guy, affectionately referred to as Cooper Dooper, is beyond friendly. When he arrived today, he immediately started giving everyone kisses, and he hasn't stopped since! Cooper is wonderful with children, though he might knock down the littlest ones, and he gets along well with other dogs. He's also great with cats. He is house-trained, kennel-trained, neutered, current on shots, and microchipped. What more could you look for in a new best friend? A 2-3 year old Corgi/Cattle Dog mix, Cooper can occasionally get overwhelmed in a loud, chaotic environment, so we recommend a calm home with people who are ready to receive lots of kisses.

If you want to apply for Cooper, please visit the rescue and fill out an application. All applications will be considered and the adoption coordinator will call the person chosen to adopt the dog after the available date.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Meridian Corgi/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Meridian, or seeking a Corgi/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Meridian.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Meridian already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Meridian breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Corgi/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Meridian paves the way for another one to be saved.
