Hello friend. I'm Mr. Meowgi and I'm a special kind of guy. I like attention. I like to be close to my people and to be petted, but also don't mind my space sometimes.

I'm happy to remind you when it's dinner or breakfast time. In fact, I insist on it!  And I'm not fussy.

I may take a little bit of time to adjust to my forever home and build up trust with you, but once I do, you are MY person and I will form a loving bond with you.

I like to play with toys. My foster human tries to play with the toys with me but I haven't quite gotten the whole concept. Why does she want to play with my toys?

I love looking out the window at the birds and squirrels. I hope I can look out the windows of my forever home soon!

I tested positive for "FeLV", Feline Leukemia Virus. But don't be confused by the name. It isn't cancer or leukemia like people get. It's an immunodeficiency virus. So you'll want to keep me inside and feed me healthy food and give me lots of love because being stress free helps boost immune systems.

Come visit me in my foster home. I'd love to meet you!

About Feline Rescue, Inc.

Our Adoption Process...

By adopting a Feline Rescue cat you will be supporting a caring, no-kill shelter and making room for one more homeless cat. We are always looking for good, safe, loving homes for our many cats and kittens. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. If a sponsorship fits your schedule better, you may support a cat of your choice and we will send you pictures and updates. All of our cats are feline leukemia/FIV tested, fecal tested, neutered/spayed, vaccinated and all of our kittens are vet checked, fecal checked and given their first set of shots. All receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs. Adoption Hours: We are open seven days a week for adoptions, but our hours do vary because we are staffed entirely by volunteers. Call (651) 642-5900 for specific times and more information.
