My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

fully approved adopter picks up in Redding Ca

Hank is around 4.5 months old, about 35 pounds and gaining his needed weight so will be at least a 80 pound plus dog once full grown we think
Hank is crate trained a fun and active pup but not hyper he loves to play and loves to eat
he came to us a bit thin as you can see on the pics but is already gaining now with lots of food and goodies and being dewormed he will gain his needed weight fast
Hank is a very smart pup looking for same in his people he can be anything has lots of potential and very food motivated
If kids at home looking for older over 10 years preferred but can be flexible depending on your experience he has lived with young ones without problems
he does still do the puppy mouthing which foster is working on and surely will be reduced quickly in the next few weeks or sooner
all puppies do that and it's no biggy
He is also learning to take treats gently
he's a pup that has lots to learn so be ready for lots of training the first year
to ensure a well behaved adult dog

Hank loves to run after his toys, foster is working on him bringing it back and drop command.
He loves plush toys and the Kong Wubby
He will run after anything that is thrown so can become a good fetch dog
Hank is allowed on furniture looking for same or at least his own chair
the has to get off when foster mom says so
He is potty trained already, no accidents in the house at all
foster still takes him out quite a bit just to reinforce that.
Hank usually goes to bed around 11 and get up at 8, he is fine with holding it that long
foster did clip is nails some, he did okay with that.
rev. owner said he got along with their cat, didn’t say anything about chasing. As for other critters, he hasn’t seen any that I know of. He and on of fosters large dogs will chase each other around the yard and wrestle for fun
Hank would love another large dog at home that is young playful non alpha and friendly ready to share his life with another dog
Hank is fine with either gender but currently lives with 3 large males at his foster home
He has started to gain some needed weight was dewormed had his first vaccine (prev. owner said she did 3 but without proof we started him over)
He will be tapewormed by WED and get his Rabies shot on Fri
then ready for his new matching approved forever family
Only looking for stable home owners over the age of 26 years that are large dog experienced have a good fenced yard and are home during the day as a pup his age should not be left alone all day
