'Hose A' - (from Fire)'s Story...
UPDATE: 'Hose A' has a home with a 'fire fighter' Not a bad place for this guy to end up knowing the situation he came from! He will never have another worry in this world!

A house burned down in a nearby town. Unfortunately the occupant died in the fire. Miraculously this cat survived! 'Hose A' (pronounced Jose') was found living in the rubble, scared & hiding so we had to use a Have-a-heart trap to catch him. Now that he is here, he is calming down nicely and is ready for a new home that will be kind, patient and allow him to adapt at his own pace.

'Hose A' is about 3 years old, box trained, is up-to-date on shots, is neutered. He is a handsome guy and although a bit shy, he does not mind being held or petted.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

'Hose A' - (from Fire), a Huntington Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Huntington, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Huntington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntington paves the way for another one to be saved.
