Hi, my name is Wisteria and I came to Humane Tomorrow loaded down with kittens! 7 to be exact!
I took very good care of my babies and made sure they were ready for adoption – and, do you know what? They have all gone to wonderful homes.
I'm a little shy at first meeting but once you show me that you love me, I will relax and be a lovely companion. I would prefer a quiet home and loud noises still frighten me a bit. Once I am settled, I will love to nap next to you whether at night in bed or if you doze off on the sofa. As a typical woman, I do love shoes but only to rub against – no destruction from this little girl. I also love to play with strings and balls.
Might you be looking for a beautiful, sweet, somewhat shy girl in your calm household? I would love to show you what a wonderful cat I can be!

About Humane Tomorrow

About Our Rescue Group...

Humane Tomorrow is a non-profit 501(c), all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of unwanted and abused animals in Flower Mound and the surrounding areas. We are also committed to spay/neuter assistance and education to companion animal guardians.

We do not have a shelter, so all animals in our program are placed in temporary foster homes until permanent homes can be found.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We do not have a shelter but you can learn more about us by visiting "Humane Tomorrow."

We have Adopt A Pets on the second and forth Saturday each month at

Petsmart in Flower Mound.

6060 Long Prairie Road (Hwy. 2499)

Flower Mound, Texas 75028

We also have AdoptAPurrs (cats only) at Petsmart each Sunday AFTER an Adopt A Pet.

Going North on Hwy.2499, the Petsmart will be on the right,
just before Justin Road (FM407)

You can see all our animals there or, if you find an animal you just can't wait to see, call or E-mail for an appointment.

Our Adoption Process...

All potential adopters must fill out an application for the animal they want to adopt, which is available on our website. Humane Tomorrow does not do adoptions outside of the DFW Metroplex.

Our adoption fees are...
$120 for kittens & cats
$140 for declawed cats
$100 for senior cats (10 yrs +)

$200 for puppies and dogs
$175 for senior dogs (senior depends on breed and size)
Note that some dogs may have higher adoption fees if they are very adoptable or "designer" breeds

This adoption fee helps to cover the costs of basic preventative care including spay or neuter, vaccines (including Rabies and virals), heartworm tests and preventative for dogs, FeLV/FIV tests for cats, in addition to extra medical care the animal may need, such as heartworm treatment, dental, or surgery. Often our adoption fees do not even cover costs for basic medical care the animals need, and are certainly cheaper than if all these procedures were covered by the owner.

Humane Tomorrow reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
