Howdy, folks! I'm JAMESON! I'm a young, spirited, and happy-go-lucky German Shepherd mix who came in from a neglect situation a few weeks ago. My poor neck suffered the pain of an embedded collar and my skin was in poor condition. I was malnourished and clearly not cared for as a dog should be. I have a forgiving soul and a joy for life. I am working on manners as I was not taught much as a pup. Won't you help me learn more? I get along well with other dogs with a proper introduction. I am searching for my furever home, especially in time for the holidays! Want to come home to me each day and share your day's happenings with me? I'm all ears! My adoption fee of $175 includes my neuter surgery, microchip, and up-to-date vaccines. I've even started on my monthly flea and heartworm prevention! For questions please email adopt@pawmettolifeline.org or fill out an online application today at Pawmetto Lifeline.org/adopt!

About Pawmetto Lifeline

About Our Rescue Group...

Pawmetto Lifeline is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit animal rescue organization solving pet overpopulation in the Midlands. There are over 20,000 homeless pets in the Midlands and over 17,000 are euthanized each year. Our plan uniquely positions us to correct this problem through four distinct initiatives: Adoption, Medical, Rescue Collaboration, and Education efforts.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Pawmetto Lifeline is open for adoptions Monday-Friday from 12 noon-7 pm, Saturday from 10 am-7 pm and Sunday from 12 noon-5 pm. Some cats are also available for adoption daily at all Petsmart locations in the Columbia area. (Currently there are Petsmart locations in Harbison, Lexington and the Northeast on Two Notch Road.)

Our Adoption Process...

All prospective adopters are required to complete an application and go through a short interview process. Once approved the adoption fees are paid and the adopter is able to bring the pet home the same day.

Adoption fees for cats and kittens are $100 and include their spay or neuter, all vaccinations appropriate for their age and they are microchipped.

Adoption fees for dogs and puppies start at $150 and include their spay or neuter, all vaccinations appropriate for their age and they are microchipped.
