"Gracie" is a sweet 5-year old female Yellow Labrador Retriever/Mastiff mix who was surrendered by her owner on October 24, 2016 along with her sister "Kiya" who had shared her previous home. "Grace" has a gold/fawn short smooth coat, a long tail, and a pretty face with a liver-colored nose and long floppy ears. "Gracie" is good with children, other dogs, and cats. She had been kept indoors and is housebroken. "Gracie" is a gentle soul who is described as a 'Lap Dog' by her family. She was suffering from a severe flea allergy when she arrived at our shelter and was examined by a local veterinarian the same day. "Gracie" is currently receiving medicated baths twice/weekly. We realize that she isn't looking her best in these photos, but we hope that potential adopters/rescue groups will be able to envision the 'after photos' that we will be taking in a few weeks when her coat is once again beautiful. "Gracie" is a fairly big girl who weighs 68.2 lbs.
