"Stella" is a beautiful 11-month old female Border Collie/Flat-Coated Retriever mix who came to the HSOV on October 24, 2016 after she was picked up in the Whipple/Stanleyville Ohio area and brought to the safety of our shelter. This little sweetheart has a shiny black medium smooth coat with a sliver of white on her chest, brindle shading on her legs, a long tail, and an adorable face with expressive brown eyes, a slender muzzle, and short floppy ears. "Stella" is a friendly young lady with a rather reserved, demure disposition. We oped to take photos in our lobby when she arrived since she wasn't quite ready to pose for glamour photos outdoors. We hope that her owner or someone will recognize her :) "Stella" weighs approximately 30-35 lbs. She is now available for adoption since she was not reclaimed. "Stella" was spayed on November 1, 2016 and was also given rabies vaccine.
