Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Looking for a cuddly chocolate teddy bear? We have one named Dak, but we think his nickname will be "Whozagudboy?" Dak is about 1 1/2 to 2 years old and about 80 lbs.
Dak loves to be by your side. He is still on the young side, but he is smart and really eager to please. He just needs a little direction. Dak would be a gentle and loyal companion to kids. Due to his size, he would be best with kids over about 7 or 8 years old.
Dak has an easy-going personality and gets along well with his foster Lab sister and other dogs. He loves to chew on sterilized cow bones and Nylabones. He even entertains himself by playing with Kongs.
Dak is very calm for his young age and already knows the “Sit” command. He is a smart dog and catches on to new lessons easily. Dak is house broken and crate trained. We are working on walking nicely on the leash, but it is so hard to be good when there is so much to see and smell out in the world!
Come visit Dak at our next Meet & Greet. See our web site for complete information on adopting Dak! www.LoneStarLabRescue.org
