  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Walter is a (3) year old Australian Cattledog that is looking for a home experienced with herding breeds. He would love a home that will work with him and allow his natural herding instinct to shine!

Walter loves car rides, walks, and tennis balls! He has a lot of untapped potential when it comes to his natural abilities and would love a large yard with other animals and work for him to do.

Walter is friendly and has been raised around other animals (dogs, cats, horses) and kids. He may have a little too much fun tormenting the cat from time to time, but he hasn't hurt them.

If you would like to meet Walter, please fill out an adoption application at www.rhar.org!

Adoption Fee: $250

Our Adoption Process...

If you are interested in adopting an animal from Ruff House Animal Rescue, please fill out a Pre-Adoption Application at www.rhar.org. Once the application is reviewed, a representative will contact you to set up a home-check and meet-and-greet with the animal; if you have existing pets in the home, multiple meet-and-greets may be required to determine if the potential animal is a good fit. If everything goes well with the application and meet-and-greet, you will have the option to start a two-week (no-fault) trial adoption. An Adoption Contract will be filled out and adopters will be provided with all necessary paperwork for their new pet.
