Luna was returned to us when her family PCSd to Guam. She's shy and skittish in public, but warms up on leash or in her home. Luna absolutely needs another dog in her adoptive home to ease her anxiety and to model behavior. She's a very good girl, and new families will need to be patient as they build a bond with her.
