Bumble (Courtesy posting)'s Story...
Courtesy Posting:
Bumble is a special needs cat looking for a loving home. He suffered a neurological incident of some sort resulting in his head being constantly tilted to one side and if he gets too excited he falls over.
Judging from his loud purrs and head butting, Bumble loves being petted, though it does usually cause him to tumble. He uses the litter box and enjoys wet and dry food. Bumble was recently a feral cat, so when being affectionate he can sometimes get nervous and scratch. He is also FIV+. Please note:
FIV is not catching and ok to have an FIV cat around non-FIV cats under normal life circumstances if there is no serious fighting. It is very rare for a kitten to remain FIV positive (less than a 1 in 10 chance). The following is an article about FIV which is very informative: http://www.care2.com/causes/as-it-turns-out-fiv-positive-and-negative-cats-can-happily-live-together.html
If you would like further information on this please contact us and we will be happy to discuss.

If your home and heart possibly have room for Bumble please contact us and we can arrange a visit or a temporary foster.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bumble (Courtesy posting), a Cincinnati Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
