BIG OSCAR-a wire haired pointer mix is a solid healthy 82 pounds. He is housetrained, super good with dogs and kids, and loves being a good boy! He appreciates his crate, but that's something that will take time. He has already stolen his foster mom's heart, but she knows he needs his own family. He has not displayed prey drive, and at four years old, we feel he is pretty stable. Oscar has proven himself to be good at running when his foster family asks him to keep up with them, but he is more than happy to give up the marathon plans and go back to walking easily. He enjoys hanging out on the couch with his foster mom and the other dogs in the foster home, too. In fact, he is a huge couch potato and is less inspired to be an athlete. Oscar really likes other dogs, and needs to be one of at least two dogs in the household, to lessen his anxiety about being alone. He currently lives with three other dogs, a cat, and nice kids. Can you provide the same warm and loving environment for him?
