About Our Rescue Group...

Gurrs and Purrs is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue organization. Our mission is to provide care and rehabilitation for dogs and cats that have been abandoned, abused and neglected and to provide as many of these deserving animals a second chance at loving permanent homes. We also stress the importance of educating the community regarding proper pet care including spay/neuter and micro chipping. Gurrs and Purrs relies solely on volunteers and individual donations.
