Facts about Jack Sparrow

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Black (Mostly)
  • Age: Kitten
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 10731523
  • Hair: Short

Captain Jack Sparrow is an adorable male black kitten.  He has a puff of white on his chest and gorgeous olive green eyes.  Jack Sparrow came to us with his brother Zorro, and we are hoping to adopt them together as they are very much a bonded pair.  They were found as strays and surrendered to us as the family could not keep them.  Jack Sparrow and Zorro are about 6 months old.  They are very entertaining as most ktttens are--playful and very affectionate. They will only be adopted as indoor family pets.  Both are neutered, tested negative for fe-leuk, dewormed and are up to date on all their shots.  For more information or to adopt Jack Sparrow or Zorro, or hopefully both, please contact foster mom Tara at 320-287-3299.  Each kitten's adoption fee is $50 plus tax ($53.44).

About Humane Society of Swift County

About Our Shelter...

We simply have a cell phone, 4 or 5 foster homes and up to this point advertise on Petfinder. Swift County has no other means to help the animal population in need. Many people in rural areas simply don't care much about animal welfare, so a few of us have to!

Come Meet Our Pets...

Each foster home's contact number and name is listed on Petfinder for their respective foster pet. When calls come in, the foster family arranges for a visit.

Our Adoption Process...

We spay/neuter all of our adult pets before adoption. Adoption fees begin at $95 for dogs, but vary depending upon the desirability of the dog, purebreds, etc. Each foster home interviews and decides upon the adoptive families for the pet.
