Percy's Story...
Hi There!
My name is PERCY and I have to tell you I am almost the perfect dog! I am beautiful and I love to play fetch and sit in laps. Yes I know I am a little large for a lap dog but my heart doesn't know that. I just want to be loved by you!
I am believed to be an Irish Wolf Hound MIX, much smaller than normal as I am mostly a Shnauzer too. That's a lovely combination! I am full grown, about one year old, and weigh less than 40 pounds. Please send me an email and let's talk!
*****Percy does well with many dogs, but not all as he is the Alpha Male type.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Percy, a Vidor Irish Wolfhound/Schnauzer (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Irish Wolfhound/Schnauzer (Standard) for sale in Vidor, or seeking a Irish Wolfhound/Schnauzer (Standard) dog from a breeder in Vidor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vidor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vidor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Irish Wolfhound/Schnauzer (Standard) breeders who help with Irish Wolfhound/Schnauzer (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vidor paves the way for another one to be saved.
