Quincy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Quincy's Story...
This is Quincy. A nice family helped her when she showed up at their place and was expecting. They cared for her and the babies until the kittens could be placed. Now Quincy is with us, waiting for her own #LetsGoHome story. She is about 3 years old and sports a stunningly beautiful tabby-tortie coat. A petite girl at only 8 lbs but don’t let her size fool you, she is full-size on affection, while calm and quiet.

Standard adoption fee for cats is $90, which helps to cover the costs of care provided and allows us to continue our work. Email for application and additional information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quincy, a Lansing Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lansing, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Lansing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lansing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lansing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lansing paves the way for another one to be saved.
